Acetate tape is bought on insulation class, thickness and clean tear — and rejected, months later, on the one property nobody wrote into the RFQ.
In electronics assembly the acetate grade is usually decided by three numbers: the winding temperature, the dielectric requirement, and the thickness the slot can accept. The fourth factor is the one that causes returns — how the tape tears, and what it leaves behind when a technician reworks a coil. None of this appears in a price list, so it has to appear in the RFQ.

Where this grade sits in LV 312: State the thermal class and the required breakdown voltage with the thickness it is measured at, alongside any LV 312 class the drawing carries. Those are three answers from three measurements, and a quote should give all three.
