Shielding tape is quoted on resistance figures that were measured with a fixture you do not have — which is why the sample matters more than the data sheet.
Surface or contact resistance depends on the measuring fixture, the pressure applied, the frequency range and the assembly geometry. Two suppliers can publish very different numbers for comparable material simply by measuring differently. For a buyer this means a data sheet comparison is a weak basis for a decision, and a trial on the real enclosure is a strong one.

Because the fixture, the contact pressure and the frequency range differ. Ask every supplier for the measurement conditions behind the number; without them the figures are not comparable.
That depends on the grade, and it changes the grounding path completely. State in the RFQ whether current has to pass through the adhesive — it is the single most common mis-specification on this product.
