Wash resistance is measured in cycles under a named programme — “washable” on its own tells a buyer nothing.
Apparel and textile applications fail at the seam, not in the middle of the panel: the bond survives the first wash and lets go at cycle twenty, or the edge frays and lifts. What decides the grade is the wash programme, the fabric, the temperature and how many cycles the garment is expected to survive.

The wash programme, the temperature, the detergent, whether tumble drying is included, the number of cycles and the fabric tested. Without those the claim cannot be reproduced.
